Shanthi & Sumathy Return Tuesday (October 5) for Carry-Out and Outdoor Dining on our New Patio
We couldn’t be happier to announce the return of our popular Co-op Cafe after so many months of closure due to the pandemic. Beginning Tuesday, October 5th, Shanthi and Sumathy will be serving their home-made Indian cuisine every Tuesday from 11:30 – 1:30.
For pandemic-safety reasons we will for the time being limit serving to carry-out and/or outdoor dining on our new patio, just outside the kitchen on the east side of Ruscombe Mansion (overlooking the community ball field). We can also arrange seating under our 20′ x 20 ‘ marquee canopy as needed. Cafe patrons are asked to call at the patio/kitchen door to order or pick-up food.
We also anticipate the return of Steph, Connie & Sue in the spring of 2022. Steph is working out her schedule and will likely be cooking on Fridays next year. Check back regularly for updates.
