A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Steve spent his early career in the world of technology. In 2017, a life-altering health crisis changed everything. Despite access to top doctors, his mysterious illness went undiagnosed for nearly two years. That chapter became a powerful turning point—fueling a deep exploration of the mind-body-spirit connection. He found relief through breathwork, meditation, and cold exposure, and soon became captivated by the healing potential of the subconscious mind.
His journey led him through energy work, past life experiences, and ultimately, to hypnotherapy—where he discovered a profound tool for real and lasting change. Inspired by pioneers like Dick Sutphen and Gil Boyne, Steve immersed himself in rigorous training at the well-respected Hypnotherapy Academy of America, earning over 500 hours of clinical education and a fellowship with the International Board of Hypnotherapy.
