Paula Cronan, LMT received her Certificate in Painting from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 1987. At Mueller College she earned her Massage Therapist Certification in 2001, and her Holistic Health Practitioner Certification in 2005. She became a Usui Lineage Reiki Master in 2006, and is currently pursuing manual lymphatic drainage certification and advanced studies in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute.
In private practice since 2000, she has also worked in conjunction with Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, and other teachers and healers. She was an Instructor at Mueller College in San Diego from 2007 to 2016.
Her modalities include myofascial release, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, Swedish, trigger point therapy, basic lymphatic drainage, and deep tissue techniques.
Her therapeutic massage and bodywork is custom tailored to each client. She specializes in pain relief, stress management, energy balancing, and the reduction of knots and adhesions.

My work is a collaboration between my clients and myself. My years of practice and study have shown me that people essentially do their own healing, and that my role is that of a partner and guide in that process. I aim to empower people by sharing knowledge and its direct application. Understanding that there is no one formula that works for everyone, I strive to recognize and engage the strengths and challenges individual to each person.
