The JUST SAY CHEEZ workshop will touch upon info about cheese, dairy, and gluten substitutes to help us ALL avoid immune depressors in fun and healthy ways. Together, we will make three plant-based, scrumptious, affordable and DIY easy-to-make cheez that will surprise and amaze.
We will talk about how to keep healthy throughout the winter months and beyond. The healthy vegan cheez recipes we will demonstrate are made with exceptional dairy substitutes: delicious, nutritious SUPERFOODS that satisfy both our tastebuds and tummies!
