Saturday, May 18, 2:00-3:30pm, Meagan Hughes, LPMT, MT-BC, MIT Licensed Professional Music Therapist will demonstrate how Focused Music Imagery uses music and visual arts to connect with your imagination and inner wisdom, tapping into resources for personal growth. Participants will be guided through a music imagery experiential, with time to draw, write, and reflect on their experience. Sliding scale: $15-30.
