It is our mission to provide a peaceful, comfortable setting to offer professional, complementary health options to the general public.
Join us for an afternoon of creativity and relaxation at our upcoming event, Mindful Mandalas 2024. Immerse yourself in the art of Nature Mandala creation and experience the soothing benefits it brings to your mind and soul.
During this in-person event, you will create a Mandala from natural elements to highlight specific areas of your life important for this coming year, and help clarify your intentions for 2024.
The event will begin with a sharing of what Mandalas mean to cultures throughout the world. We will then align ourselves with the more than human world through Qi Gong, then we will quietly walk the grounds of Ruscombe Mansion to gather nature items (weather permitting). Crafting our Mandalas, reflecting through journaling, and sharing will take place within the last hour.
