This weekend is designed to engage your whole self: mind, body, soul, imagination, and nervous system. Together we’ll explore self-perception, self-expression and self-love through improvisation, Sacred Theater, creative art-making (including creating your own masks), gentle movement, meditation, reflection, and meaningful conversation. There will be plenty of time to slow down, integrate what emerges, and connect deeply with yourself and the group. No artistic or performance experience is necessary.
