This three-month Reiki Level I offering unfolds as a spacious, thoughtfully paced learning experience designed to support both understanding and embodiment. Over 36 hours, participants are introduced to the roots and values of this healing tradition, along with essential practices for personal care and offering Reiki to others. Learning is grounded in experiential practice, shared reflection, and steady mentorship.
