It is our mission to provide a peaceful, comfortable setting to offer professional, complementary health options to the general public.
Prayer Ribbon Ceremony at Ruscombe Mansion on Friday, March 10, 4-6 PM. This will be around the pond if the weather permits.
Lead by Evan Pritchard. Free or donation. In this Algonquin tradition, the ribbons—yellow, red, black and white–represent the four original races of man; the green, Mother Earth; the blue, Father Sky. When we tie them together and display them publicly, we affirm that we choose to honor and respect each other, the natural world, and the Spirit that guides us. What a potent symbol at this time!
Related events tentatively planned throughout the area, at Cylburn workshop Friday morning, 1-3 PM in Ellicott City on Saturday morning, March 11; at the Benjamin Banneker Historical Park and Museum in Oella that afternoon; and a workshop and fire circle planned for White Rose Farm on Sunday, March 12. See schedule and learn more about the events (PDF).
