Professional Offices Available to Lease at Ruscombe

We are looking for qualified practitioners to join the community of healers leasing professional office space at the turn-of-the-century Ruscombe Mansion. Surrounded by an acre of lush greenery and featuring a meditative goldfish pond and labyrinth, the Ruscombe Mansion Community Health Center is a world away from the tensions of modern life, while just five minutes from I-83, Exit 10-B.

Full- and part-time office rentals available immediately, and include amenities such as free parking, pleasant waiting areas, convenient rest rooms, abundant natural light, and ample closet storage.  Ruscombe practitioners also enjoy the ability to network with our community of holistic practitioners at regular events, office support for mail reception and phone messages, and discounts for rentals of Ruscombe’s public spaces for teaching conferences or workshops.  The expanding medicinal garden and the atrium are additional meditative spots for clients to gather themselves after or before a session.  Ruscombe also features a live-in, onsite property manager and fresh vegetarian lunches weekly.

Most importantly, what sets Ruscombe apart from other rental locations is the intentional healing and the history of service performed at this location for decades. Healers find a profound relaxation response, unique to the Ruscombe Mansion healing center, where clients report feeling better just being on the property.

We have a new and growing 501(c)(3) that is actively looking for collaborations and new projects to sponsor, and we welcome enthusiastic community members joining our group.

  • RM_2W1  178 USF (second floor)  $942/month

PART-TIME WITH CLIENT TABLE

  • HH_2W1  114 USF (second floor)   $228 per month for use one day a week*, available M, W, F, Sa, Su
  • RM_2W3  158.6 USF  (second floor)  $300 per month for use one day a week, available       Mondays and flexible schedule on W, Th, Fri

PART-TIME WITH CHAIRS AND NO CLIENT TABLE

  • RM_2W4  225 USF  (second floor) $ 324 per month for use one day a week, available  Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
  • RM_2E1     212 USF   (second floor)    $ 312 per month for use one day a week, available  Tuesday , Sat,  Sun
