The Awesome Drop of Autumn
Cynthia Zanti Jabs
Autumn Season Qi Gong Practices for Autumnal Recovery and Healing.
Three 90-minute online presentations, Mon pm or Wed am, Starting September 14th.
Autumn is Lung Season in Asian Healing Arts. Doesn’t it feel like we all REALLY need to catch our breath right about now??
Three online classes this September will offer practices to expand, enhance and fine tune our lung function. To help us recover from insults and injury. And make the most of healing gifts that only Autumn offers.
This round of Healing-with-the-Seasons Qi Gong (aka Medicinal Movement and Meditation Practices) will be presented as live online workshops. So you can safely attend from anywhere: Home, office, a campsite at the beach . . . .
Just three classes. Monday evenings or Wednesday mornings. Starting Sept 14th , right before the Autumn Equinox. More info at: Healing-with-the-Seasons.teachable.com. We’ll have some unique opportunities this Fall. Unique challenges, too. I’m both humbled and inspired to think of what we might do together in these classes!
This Autumn/Lung Season will offer essential healing gifts related to both the pandemic and current social upheavals. A good breath can be the difference between bearing what we must and collapsing under the weight of it. Between seeing glimmers of light at the end of a tunnels or just oncoming trains.
Our lungs are key players in our immune systems, too. In Asian Healing Arts we get how they do this for our body, mind and spirit. We get how they energize gut level survival instincts and help us thru trauma and loss. We also get how they can connect us with our highest selves and most sacred values.
If tuning up these functions seems worthwhile now, please consider joining me to learn these tried and true, ancient ‘Qi Gong’ practices to enhance our Lung function. I’ll present some favorites I’ve been sharing with patients and students for decades.
Beginners are welcome. These simple practices are easy to learn, even across a computer screen! CEU’s are available for acupuncturists. These practices are easy to share with clients remotely or in person.
This will be my third round of teaching Seasonal Qi Gong classes online. I was pretty amazed by what (and who) came together around the Summer and Late Summer classes.
Just thinking of breathing all together across many miles brings tears to my eyes. Hope you’ll consider joining us.
